This shot is looking East, across the East River.
The Marriott is nestled at the base of the twin towers, the shiny building, with the slight bend in it.
On top of the south tower you can see the elevated walkway that set back from the edge of the building.
This walkway was perhaps 10 feet above the roof.
There was an electrified fence, about 15 feet high, between the walkway and the edge of the building.
